Consultation & Scope of work
A consultation includes a site visit, an inspection of that property, an assessment of the Minimum Property Standards, then we add the buyer's wish list at which time we create a "Scope of Work" and bid the project scope. Now it is ready to go out to bid with the contractor(s).
All of our 203k consultants are approved by HUD/FHA and work on HomeStyle® Renovation Mortgage and VA Renovation loans as well.
Progress Draw Inspections
Follow up draw inspections to insure the project is moving forward, typically one each 30 days for your home improvement loans. This will continue till the project is complete. This is for your FHA 203k loan, HomeStyle® Renovation Mortgage loan, or VA Renovation loan.

All of our inspections and consultations are in the field at the project sites. Therefore our hours are by appointment only.
